New construction of a 3-story, 18,000 square foot multi-tenant office building. The new building was constructed on a 1 acre site with the goal of saving the surrounding wood lands. The owner occupied their existing office building on the same site during construction. The existing building was demolished for additional parking spaces once the new building was occupied. Work included site work, detailed exterior masonry walls, EIFS accents, structural steel framing, interior finishes, and tenant buildouts.
