A new 4,500 square foot student center to serve the students of UWM, Marquette, and MSOE on Stowell Avenue. The highlights of this project include a cement rainscreen exterior, reclaimed cream city brick and a green roof. Building spaces include offices, coffee area, lounge, Kosher kitchen and assembly area.
